  • Priority support before key races

  • Monthly check-in call plus additional face-to-face video calls (2 × 45 mins each)

How does online Coaching work? 

Final Surge features and benefits: 

 

 

  • Training Log & Calendar: Plan and track workouts with a user-friendly calendar interface.

  • Device Integration: Sync workouts from devices and platforms like Garmin, Strava, Apple Watch, and TrainerRoad.

  • Workout Analysis: Analyze metrics such as pace, heart rate, power, and cadence to monitor performance.

  • Pain and Injury Report (PAIR): Log pain location, intensity, and duration to monitor and prevent injuries.

  • Communication Tools: Engage with me your coach through workout comments and messaging features. 

 

As your coach I can: 

 

 

  • Oversee all my athletes with tools for scheduling and communication.

  • Create and assign workouts with specific targets for pace, heart rate, 

  • Utilise social walls and group messaging to foster team engagement.

  • Access detailed reports to monitor athlete progress and adjust training accordingly.

I provide fully bespoke training plans through the Final Surge app, updated weekly to adapt to you. This is a collaborative process - we work together to make every session achievable and tailored to your life, not the other way around.

Strength & Conditioning

Integrated strength & conditioning, including daily “exercise snacks” and a weekly follow-along workout on my YouTube channel. You’ll get real support from a real human. I’m here when you need me, with a flexible, compassionate approach.

Unlimited Support & Community

You’ll have unlimited messaging for questions, support, and adjustments. Plus, access to the supportive Project Run SC community. I understand that life doesn’t always follow a training plan, and I’ll help you adjust when it doesn’t - while showing you how to tap into the strengths you already have.
